Here is a concept for a love doll picture that I want to do but I don't know how to go. I want to thank Northern Chill for his "Night of the Living Dolls" story which provides the inspiration. The premise is that Rexana has been turned into a love doll and her friend Ursula finds her like this. In Ursula's presence the doll comes to life. The doll pulls Ursula onto the bed and rips her outfit off before having it's way with her and turning Ursula into a fellow love doll.
The "Night of the Living Dolls" story is one of my favorites as well. Not sure where you could go from here with this as discovery of the "dolls" is the main hook. Assuming serial recruitment, have the dolls move to another room?
